Quality. Industry research (Get It Right Initiative, Construction Industry Institute) puts direct avoidable rework at around 5% of build cost. We assume PlotTech helps prevent just 2.5–7.5% of that exposure, plus a modest reduction in post-handover customer-care visits and 1–2 hours of site-manager admin saved per plot.

Energy. Structured, real-time evidence reduces assessor facilitation fees, avoids late remediation on the small share of plots that would otherwise fail on default values, keeps completions on schedule, and removes manual report assembly.

Fire. We assume a small share of plots would otherwise face at least one retrospective open-up to evidence a covered detail, plus re-inspection of fire-stopping and cavity barriers, a short sign-off delay where evidence is missing, and 1–2 hours of office time per plot collating Part B evidence. The long-term liability value of a permanent, timestamped record is deliberately not priced in.
